Coach on Demand Package: Includes: 30 minutes Introductory Meet and Greet, Manager’s Assessment completed online (to understand your strengths from a diagnostic assessment) and an hour of Executive Coaching to target and begin to tackle one challenge using your personal strengths.  This is a great way for leaders to sample executive coaching services and coach fit before committing more time and money. Cost: $300.00

Coach on Retainer Package: Designed for managers, directors and V.P’s who lead teams and are ready for a higher investment in the change process.  This includes a manager's assessment, review, and action point development if not already purchased. You will meet with the executive coach for twelve meetings over a four month period. These meetings provide guidance on goal and skill development as well as encouragement and accountability. This package also includes brief phone and video chats between meetings for clarification or reporting. Cost: $3,500.00 with assessment; $3,200 without assessment. This rate is renewable for two additional four month terms.

Diagnostic Survey: For those managers who want to change their team culture but want to measure ROI or simply identify a target goal. Our team will build the survey with you and then administer this survey anonymously online to protect employee confidentiality to protect its validity.  At the close of the survey, the executive will receive an advance debrief before co-leading a team debrief. We will make recommendations on practical strategies to address growth areas (e.g retention, development, teamwork) and leverage organizational strengths. Cost: Values Ranges from $3000 to $7000 with cost varying depending on number of participants.
